Add command for fetching files

It would be nice to have a 'get' command that can send a file stored on the 
phone over XMPP.

- "ls:#path#" : Displays the list of files and folders in the specified folder.
- "send:#file#" : Sends the specified file through XMPP. Use an absolut path, 
otherwise the last listed directory will be prefixed

Sorry, it seemed to me it did the opposite action. As I would type a command on 
my own computer, "send" gives the idea that I'm about to send out a file over 
to my phone.
