Occasionally our Github Actions workflow will fail during the "Set up job" step with the following error:
Error: Directory not empty : '/actions-runner/_work/_actions/tuist/tuist-action/0.13.0/node_modules'
Subsequent runs will run fine. We have other actions that are downloaded during the "Set up job" step that don't fail - it's just Tuist.
