GStreamer Good Plugins is not included in the installer #148

Hello, I am trying to run a python script on Windows 7 64b. The script asks for 
gconfvideosrc which should be part of Good Plugins( according to: 
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/head/gst-plugins-good-plugin
s/html/gst-plugins-good-plugins-plugin-gconfelements.html )
Also the Good Plugins is not listed in the installer.
