error while playing webm file

Dear One,

following is the error I got while playing webm file

gst-launch   playbin2 uri=file:///home/user/MyDocs/9.webm  
Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
Pipeline is PREROLLING ...
init_node: error while parsing
ERROR: from element 
/GstPlayBin2:playbin20/GstURIDecodeBin:uridecodebin0/GstDecodeBin2:decodebin20/G
stDspVDec:dspvdec0: couldn't start node
ERROR: pipeline doesn't want to preroll.
Setting pipeline to NULL ...
Freeing pipeline ...

I played .mp4 file successfully but error in case of webm file

what can be the possible reason for this.

Why is it loading the dspvdec decoder? You shouldn't be compiling this plugin 
for desktops.

I think you are in the wrong site... OSSBuild is an external project to build 
GStreamer on Windows and Mac. For gstreamer specific questions you should ask 
in gstreamer's mailing list:
