New Wiki Page for compiling from Visual Studio

I'm having trouble with how to compile the Visual Studio sources into something 
that looks like the packaged versions. Once I load up the project file and hit 
Build, the directory structure looks like quite different. 

It would be great to setup a wiki page which has instructions on how a simple 
build of the latest source can be done with Visual Studio on Windows.

Obviously this page is targeted towards less knowledgable developers rather 
than experienced people (in which case it might be obvious).
