Issue with TestUpcDatabase Sample #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load TestUpcDatabase in VS
2. Build the solution

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
First, a syntax error, Program.cs line 82. Fixed that to ;
Now receive:
Error   2   'CookComputing.XmlRpc.XmlRpcSerializer' does not contain a
definition for 'se' C:\xml-rpc.net\samples\TestUpcDatabase\Program.cs   82  9
TestUpcDatabase

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.4.0 on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
