Implement progress callback #85

We are building an application to upload photos to a WordPress blog and would 
like to show the progress of the upload to the end user.
However, at this point there is no callback in xml-rpc.net available to track 
progress of the upload.
Would it be possible to add a callback to the library that shows progress on 
the serializing parts of your library?
