UI Elements snap in Ultrawide Support

What is the issue you are having?

When "Ultrawide Support" is enabled, elements snap towards the center when you try to move them a single pixel clicking the move arrows. Check attached GIF to see what I mean. In GIF it was tested with chatbox and ActionBar but so far every element has given me this issue.

What is the expected behavior?

It is expected to not snap towards the center

What actually happened?

UI elements snap when trying to move with the clickable arrows, IF "Ultrawide Support" is enabled.

I am also experiencing this issue.

If you turn off Ultrawide support it will use the whole screen and snap correctly. The snap needs work for the pixels to center align in the middle of the screen. That is the design of the Ultrawide is for it to remain in the centerish part of the screen.
