thanks for pointing out this wasn't right and giving a fix! see, https://github.com/tukui-org/ElvUI/commit/38d5bf388284193c6c6838f59f2999b156e44165 handles somewhat cleaner (to avoid issues for other addons as much as possible) thank you :)
