Describe the expected behavior and what actually happened?

The quality border disappears to restore it, you have to move an item in the bag. However, only the quality border of the items that are in this bag is restored. For the others, you have to do the same thing so that everything is displayed there again.

Screenshot shows 13.55 sended to Botanica on Discord. Issue still there on 13.59 and it was before since few Updates.

Reproducing the issue.

Go to your Bank and open it. The Issue is often on the first Login after every /rl.

i can't reproduce on my end. generally this happens when you queue a bunch of items at once and your client is locked temporarily from the API. we have no way to check if you were locked or not currently.
