Describe the expected behavior and what actually happened?

For some reason, the number of groups value does also influence from which player groups pets are displayed.

I thought that the intention of this value is to increase or decrease the raidpet "area" and limit the max amount of pets shown. But e.g. if i set this value to 3 i regularly miss out on hunter/dk/warlock pets and maybe only one or two are shown. increasing the value to 5 suddenly shows the missing pets.

Is it somehow accidentally used to select in which group the pet's master has to be? Do I set the grouping & sorting options wrong?

This problem appeared in early 2024 if i recall correctly, so it is not introduced with the recent updates.

Reproducing the issue.

Join a 25 man raid with pet classes. Do not set number of groups for raid pets to 5.

This is working as intended and has worked like this the whole time. If u set it to 3, then it will show pets from the people from the first 3 groups of your raid.
