Color Blind Tracking Dots #162

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

< This feature request is for support for Color Blind Tracking Dots, something missing from the Default UI. Over the past 10 years, Chinchilla has provided this to the community but I fear support maybe ending soon as their Github has seen no activity in almost a year and their main page is now archived. >

< I run Chinchilla with every setting disabled accept for Tracking Dots on top of ElvUI's Minimap with no issues. But this will only last as long as Blizzard doesn't edit the placements of the tracking dots, something they tend to do 2-3 times an expansion. >

Describe the solution you'd like

< I would like to see this much needed quality of life feature added into ElvUI so it can continue aid those who suffer from color blindness. >

As of 9.2 this accessibility feature is no longer working. If anyone has any thoughts, I would be grateful.

Well it would require getting ahold of the author of chinchilla and asking for permission to make those masks available for ElvUI.
