The Haskell language was selected for scripting among others (TODO: publish decision calculations).

Basic features:

Load packages of scripts. API of engine should be a separate package, that is loaded with map script.
Don't allow arbitrary IO and forbid unsafe features (TH and unsafePerformIO).
Tool that inits environment for development of plugin.
