networkx is used in the modules prop2partition and plot.

After 3817481f238dbf3e0419df3930b151d52631134f, usage of networkx is limited to the module plot. That usage is unaffected by API changes in networkx >= 2.0:

the function to_numpy_matrix has the same signature, and
the class MultiDiGraph is still present.
