Merge in updates from vlasky branch #38

Upgrade to the official MongoDB Go driver, a newer version of Go, and ignore the config DB on newer MongoDB versions.

Before (or maybe after) merging, I'd recommend pinning the versions of redis-oplog and meteor used in the integration test suite to the versions Tulip uses.
