General - Loading history and other data (see comment) #174

Load previous activity into the system. I think that this is something that we will need to be able to accomdate. Other similar systems have the ability to do a .csv upload. I don't think that is needed at the user level, but some way for us (meaning one of you guys) at least to take a formated sheet of data and get it into the database is something we will need to look into.

Megan has provided her data and created products for each item. I told her we would get it loaded as soon as possible. Also, she is saying that some of the products are less than $1. I told her we have the less than $1 change made, but it still needs to be released. Will advise her when it is OK to go back in and make the changes.

Waiting to hear if this is still needed. Might not be, if Miami can just alter the date in the spreadsheet themselves when they use to for their tax reporting or whatever.
