Pretty much done. Still needs top line title.

Added top line and did similar fix to Order Manager (lowered number of rows returned in table to match the number of rows since one row has been removed from the invisible buttons). Also fixed width of invisible buttons so they extend to the left margin of the table.

Hyroglyphics seems fixed now.

Adding a new customer is hard to do without knowing that an institution needs to be selected. The UI around it and the error message need to be improved.
