Currently, the plugin uses com.helger.maven:ph-javacc-maven-plugin coordinates, and I have no grants to push to com.helger.maven.

It might be an excellent idea to migrate to io.github.tulipcc; the clients must update their group id unless a relocation pom is pushed to com.helger.maven:ph-javacc-maven-plugin.

@phax , do you think you could release the current plugin as is so we support Java 21? I could ask Sonatype so they grant me publishing to com.helger.maven, however, it sounds like a much broader scope than just tulipcc.

I will migrate to io.github.tulipcc coordinates (see https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/OSSRH-95941), and I hope phax will publish a relocation sometime later.
