underline links in chat #454

I don't think they should be underlined on terminals that support links properly. Might make sense on other terminals though

In kitty, the links aren't underlined unless i mouse over them. I can't tell which are links.

In Kitty, the style of text is separate from whether the text is clickable. Hope that makes sense.

There is no "the proper way" methinks.
