Talking Heads frame no longer suppressed #617

Talking Heads frame no longer controlled or suppressed by Dominos addon. Noticed after the 21 August update. In config mode, frame no longer appears for moving or hiding. Talking Heads showing up even though I previously had them hidden through Dominos.

Issue replicated by entering world quest area with only Dominos addon running on a new/reset profile.

Version: 9.3.2-retail installed via wago.io app, running on Retail wow.
