Allow setting number of segments for the XP bar #622

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am using DominosClassicSkin with Dominos, but the 10 segments in the textures that comes with that skin overlap. I have removed the segments from the textures and now can use segments in Dominos or have 1 bar. Generally the XP bar is short in length, 10 segments like great but 20 segments looks to crowded.

Describe the solution you'd like An option to set the number of segments, a slider to select a value or even a check button to select between 10 or 20

Describe alternatives you've considered I could spend more time messing around with the textures in that other addon, but this might be better for Dominos in general
