As a user, I use a few hidden action bars for my skills, as well as a few others to act like quasi WeakAuras (i.e stance bar), meaning I just rely on them to see the state of a few skills. I wish I could hide the hotkey and macro texts on specific action bars.
If I disable all texts, whenever I toggle my bars to adjust key binds, I'd have to open the config menu and toggle back the texts manually. I also have one bar for consumables that I like having my hotkeys on.

A toggle on a per-bar basis for macro and hotkey text.

I have considered hiding all macros and texts by default.

I'd like to use my stance bar without hotkeys, while keeping my consumables bar with it.
