This moves the Masque: Dominos skin to an external repo that can be updated independently from Dominos.
I think this is all that needs to be done, but you can double check it. Also, not sure if you still need the 80100-compatibility code. No one should be using it. Also, I wouldn't merge this until I get a non-alpha release, just in case I notice something during my tests. On second though, it doesn't matter. Any full release will overwrite what's included with Dominos.
