Dominos changes Evoker Empower spell interaction

Background info:

Evoker Empower spells (Devastation would be Fire Breath and Eternity Surge) can work with 2 different activation modes:

"Hold and Release" ... Press+hold key to start Empowering, release the hold when at the chosen Empowerment level

or

"Press and Tap" ... press the key to start Empowering, press again to cast it at the chosen Empowerment level

Issue:

Starting today, when using Dominos, Empower spells only work like "Press and Tap".

I went through a variety of things to test:

• seeing if ActionButtonUseKeyDown being 1 or 0 was the problem
• disabling various addons
• toggling the setting in Options > Combat > Empowered Spell Input

Once I realized it was Dominos I disabled all other addons. Behavior still existed. Disabling all including Dominos let the Empower "Hold and Release" work as expected.

When reporting an issue, please try to reproduce the issue with just Dominos and Dominos_Config running.

Done. Verified behavior changes even when only Dominos + Dominos_Config running and that behavior works as expected when Dominos + Dominos_Config (and all others) are disabled.
