Reinstalled wow on a new drive and only installed OmniCC
did /omnicc and in the rules, i put a check on ACTION BARS
Made sure that in game setting were not trying to take over the timer on actions abrs.
As a warlock, casted a few dots..
Been trying many things to get it to work but the only way to get "per mob" CD's on action bars is via ElvUI.
and they use this addon to do it.
