Exception during start #167

The following error occurs during start jirastopwatch:

22.07.2021 08:17:59: Unhandled UI Exception 22.07.2021 08:17:59: DPAPI was unable to decrypt data. 22.07.2021 08:17:59: bei StopWatch.DPAPI.Decrypt(Byte[] cipherTextBytes, Byte[] entropyBytes, String& description) bei StopWatch.DPAPI.Decrypt(String cipherText, String entropy, String& description) bei StopWatch.Settings.ReadSettings() bei StopWatch.Settings.Load() bei StopWatch.MainForm..ctor() bei StopWatch.Program.Main()
