Thanks for the package @tullytim!

https://github.com/tullytim/Pinecone.jl/blob/cb30af9a3bdef1d4afaa6d8698c676f140096a7f/src/Pinecone.jl#L1 sets this package as non-precompilable. Is this truly necessary?
