Description

This attempts to clean up some loose ends.

Title and meta desc were added to a few pages that didn't have it already
The fav icon was fixed
Refactored courseCard into smaller pieces making it more readable
Small style changes to courseCard
Bumped spacing from 1 to 2 on the form stack
Adds helper text to the vocational and core form fields
