Implement content type, session id and result topic

• Ensure processCommandQueue can parse incoming commands based off of contentType
• Ensure content for resTopic is captures and result topic response (end of processCommandQueue) has access to content type to publish appropriate message Type
• Ensure sessionId is captured and added to message object
• V2 message structures will differ. V1 "value" = V2 "requestedValue"
