3 years ago The README says "all changes up to February 17, 2014" Looking at http://gtfs.org/reference/static/changes#revision-history, there are more recent changes:
- January 17, 2019 - Editorial and formatting changes for clarity
- August 22, 2018 - Added feed_contact_email and feed_contact_url fields in the feed_info.txt file
- December 11, 2017 - Added route_sort_order field in the routes.txt file
- March 16, 2016 - Transition of GTFS documentation to Github at https://github.com/google/transit
- February 3, 2016 - Added agency.txt 'agency_email' proposal to spec
- February 2, 2015 - Added stop_times.txt 'timepoint' proposal to spec
