Description

Resolved proposal voting issues:

Pass session token to API call
Update openapi schema to match return vote results from backend schema
Remove loading button when no more proposals to load

I think this is ready to ship (at least, any remaining errors seem to be back-end related and probably fixable with a blow-out of the dev db)

There were some bugs I introduced while rushing this out that needed hotfixes in v0.0.31 and v0.0.32, so I wanted to call those out here for posterity. Once everyone has had a chance to kick the tires, we'll be ready for our first minor version bump!
