Idea: When a message has #QT tag somewhere in it, the content will be stored somewhere for @farahnuraini to moderate and save in the Tulul Quotes db.

Concerns:

Sometimes messages with #QT are empty (like people responding #QT after someone said some nice quotes without "reply" feature)
- solution: store previous and next 5 messages altogether (too much to be stored?)
Past messages are not included
- solution: @farahnuraini has to search for and save them manually

thoughts?

In #18, we can have our own db of entire message and we can capture almost anything. Is that enough for data retrieval method?

However, #18 does not talk how to sanitize QT and how to actually save it to db. Perhaps we can discuss that in this issue.

does that include previous messages? i mean, for my 2nd concern above

Nope. Previous messages are not recorded.
