Enable GitHub Pages

For private origanization repositories GItHub Pages (which we need to release our Sphinx documentation) is a paid feature.

As soon as the Project is open-sourced, we can enabled this feature.

The Sphinx documentation can be found at two places and will be automatically deployed from the main branch:

• https://mlonmcu.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html
• https://tum-ei-eda.github.io/mlonmcu/index.html
