Make locks on MlonMcuContext less strict #74

More granularity would be nice here. Turing the lock=True option to lock=False is fine most of the times. The main point of feailure here would be writing the latest symlinks in the temp/sessions directory and running mlonmcu setup in parallel to mlonmcu flow run.

This needs a followup, because I was not aware of mlonmcu cleanup and mlonmcu export which both may access the $MLONMCU_HOME/temp/sessions directory or (for mlonmcu cleanup --deps) even $MLONMCU_HOME/deps/
