4 years ago A_area is already saved as hdf5 mat file, we can just not save the .tif file. It won't affect the other modules

The calculation of the area should not be done for each technology, but once in the beginning. And... let's save it as a mat file, not a tif. A tif file for Europe is 1 GB!
