This commit makes changes to the environment file so that the installed versions are more up to date.
It lets the minor version and revision float, as those are not allowed to break existing code.
The URBS code was modified to accommodate the new package versions.
All results are identical to the original to the best of my knowledge.
It has to be noted that at this time the terminal gives multiple warnings about future incompatibilities that can be ignored for now.
