disable scrolling #68

Disabled scrolling as a quick fix for issue #53. However, I can't test this on Windows. Please confirm that this working on other platforms.

Unfortunately this is not a good fix. Some content, which is important to the user, is hidden (see my comment on issue #53). I am closing this pull request.
