Derivation of intersection surface geometries from the junction boundaries of OpenDRIVE #41

Since version 1.8.0, OpenDRIVE allows for defining boundaries for junctions. These boundaries can be used to derive surface geometry representations for the entire intersection when converting to CityGML.
