As described in chapter 12.7 of OpenDRIVE 1.8 (https://publications.pages.asam.net/standards/ASAM_OpenDRIVE/ASAM_OpenDRIVE_Specification/latest/specification/12_junctions/12_07_virtual_junctions.html) virtual junctions should be supported.
