Bug fixes and expanded functionality of some existing methods.

stack and concat now support differing batch dimensions.
diffuse.explicit() now supports non-isotropic diffusion.
Add new demo notebook: Billiards
Shape equality now considers item names. Fix Shape invalid states and improve with_size() and with_dim_size().
