dvo indigo and hydro #12

Hey,

      Does dvo support indigo and hydro currently? From the website, it seems that it only supports electric and fuerte.

when you rosrun camera_tracker,do you meet the [ WARN] [1355131430.132265592]: RGB image size has changed, resetting tracker! .If so, how you solve it?thank you.

https://github.com/jesusbriales/dvo/tree/indigo. There is the indigo version of DVO, I didnot test, maybe you can check it or consult the author.
