ROS replacement #34

Hello

I'm interested in your approach and I'd like to make your project successfully run but I'm a MAC developer and I don't have ros if it's possible to run your approach without ros ? I mean how can I edit in your dvo-slam to not use ros library

I have tried to build ros several times but with no success that's why I want to skip ros if it's possible

I really appreciate your help
