Request for creating a hydro branch #9

@christiankerl I created a working hydro branch (built with rosmake) here: https://github.com/yoshimalucky/dvo_slam/tree/hydro-build-config (Some errors may occur, but most of them should be solved by apt-get install)

If you can create a branch like hydro-devel from the existing fuerte branch, I can merge the change by sending a pull-request from my-remote/hydro-build-config to origin/hydro-devel.
