How can i use lsd_slam with mvBlueFox camera, or another external camera? #299

Hi i've correctly installed lsd_slam and i tried it with the laptop webcam, but i would use this program with my mvBlueFox camera, or another USB camera (not webcam). Can someone else help me? Which command i have to use in the terminal for use lsd_slam with my camera? Thank you so much.
