do you have signed FSF paper？for ivy-posframe is gnu elpa package

@tumashu No I haven't signed copyright-assignment papers. Does this count as a significant contribution? AFAIK very small changes don't need copyright assignment, but I could be wrong.

We can accept small changes (roughly, fewer than 15 lines) without an assignment. This is a cumulative limit (e.g., three separate 5 line patches) over all your contributions.

This is a cumulative limit, so your next pr will need FSF paper :-)
