ivy 中文首字母识别行为建议: “社会" 用 sh 来找到，现在需要shh #435

这个跟输入文字首选字太多时不一样，ivy时建议单字母识别单个汉字，不知道能否实现？ 或者能让用户可配置。

这个有另外一个包实现，好像叫 pinyinlib。
