usenet-crawler returns empty nzb file to SABnzbd #47

So I've been trying to get this to work for a while now with no success. I get the nzb button on the site but is sends an empty nzb file to sabnzbd and obviously that won't work. It was working it I downloaded the nzb(s) as a zip to my watch folder but now even that is returning empty nzb files. I'm not sure what changed to cause that but there seems to be something generally wrong with the the usenet-crawler site.

Any ideas?

It's possible that the intercept feature is failing, or usually when you get an empty NZB sent to SAB it indicates a site that requires login that SAB cannot access directly by URL. If it's the security problem, assuming the site has an API, a custom profile should do the trick.

In the meantime, you can try disabling intercept, which should restore your watch folder behavior if nothing else.

Fixed, will go out in a release later this weekend.

So newznab sites that don't change a lot of newznab internals all have the same api url pattern. At some point they changed from the default, someone submitted a PR to fix it, and then at some point they changed it back. Should be fixed with v1.15.0

If you use the standard download link (it's a white NZB icon instead of green), you should still be able to download the nzb manually.
