Hook up travis CI for gh-pages branch #520

https://github.com/tumblr/collins/pull/519 adds a travis build script for gh-pages to ensure they build. We need to hook up the PR thing in travis to look at gh-pages so we know when a diff is broken :)

@roymarantz can you set this up? I do not have access to the travis config for collins :)
