Documentation on setting up a Genesis environment in production #23

I'm sure anyone who hasn't worked at Tumblr on the SRE team would likely struggle a bit trying to actually get this going in production. Maybe a guide that instructs what and how to set this up and have it be used in an existing Collins environment and/or any environment?

Also to clarify, I obviously saw the install.md document, I still don't think this really explains how to actually make use of this in a production environment (just what services are needed). I think I'll make a pull request when I get a chance to illustrate what I mean.
