[IMPORT] OGC API / Web Map Service

OGC offers Web Map Service which provides maps for a certain area. Develop functionality that:

• [ ] determines the bounding box of the IFC / PCD model,
• [ ] determines the correct geospatial location of said model,
• [ ] calls the API / REST service and obtain map data,
• [ ] renders the map in OIP.
